AWA is hosting a spring tree and shrub planting on Saturday April 29, at 9am. This event is open to the public for anyone wanting to volunteer at this great community project! The planting site is located along the West Branch Antietam Creek at the prior Dawg House property - 6640 Buchanan Trail East, Waynesboro, PA. The storage facility is underway and is working together with the AWA to host 500 trees and shrubs to generate much need riparian buffer in the Antietam Watershed. All tools and supplies are be available, but feel free to bring your own. Thank you!
